REI Services for the Reconstruction of Empire Boulevard, Borough of Brooklyn

JED Engineering & Land Surveying, P.C. has been retained to provide construction inspection services for HWK779W to upgrade city infrastructure which is not limited to curb and sidewalk reconstruction, bus pads, sewer, water main, street lights and traffic work.

Work is being performed in the Crown Heights neighborhood of Brooklyn; however, there is another small section of the project that is located near Prospect Park. So, far the contractor has installed the tree guards, saw cut the area in preparation for excavation and dug test pits for contamination survey. JED recently began the excavation for sewer replacement.

Contract Cost: $15.9 million
