JED Engineering & Land Surveying provided Control Survey, Topographic, Sewer Investigation, Highway Profiles, and Utility Plan and Profiles, performed in accordance with the specifications noted in Item 4A: For Highway and/or Sewer and Water Main Projects (DOT Spec) as depicted in Exhibit ‘D’: The City Of New York Department of Design and Construction, Division of Program Management, Technical Requirements for Land Surveying Services for Capital Projects.

The following tasks were performed:

• Control Survey: Vertical Controls were set in the Borough of the Bronx datum and later converted to NAVD 88. Horizontal controls were established in NAD 83.
• Sewer Investigation: Obtain inverts, pipe sixes, flow direction and material.
• Topographic Survey
• Highway and Sewer Profiles
•  Utility Survey
•  Right of Way Survey: Boundary lines researched and plotted.
•  CADD: Key Plans and Control Drawings
