Alfred Barcenilla, Sr., P.E., P.L.S.
Mr. Barcenilla brings over 40 years of Land Surveying experience in the public and private sectors. He served as Director and Chief Licensed Surveyor for the Bureau of Site Engineering in the New York City Department of Design & Construction and the former NYC Department of General Services where he managed the preparation of various land surveys for the City’s multi-billion dollar capital construction program. In addition, he represented the City in many eminent domain and jurisdiction court cases. His last assignment with the NYCDDC was managing the monitoring and surveys during the 9/11 Rescue and Recovery phases at Ground Zero.
In the private sector, Mr. Barcenilla has worked as Principal & Chief of Surveys on major topographic, property line, right-of way, utility, construction, design and control surveys for numerous state, city agencies and authorities such as NYCDDC, NYCSCA, NYCEDC, NYSDOT, NYCT, LIRR and PANYNJ.
Mr. Barcenilla is a licensed professional land surveyor in New York, Connecticut, & Pennsylvania and is also a licensed professional engineer in New York.
