Office Engineers
We are currently seeking Office Engineers to provide project support with the construction and reconstruction of public building projects for a number of clients including NYCDDC, NYCSCA and NYCHA.
Responsibilities include, but not limited to:
- Assist Project Manager/Resident Engineer with his responsibilities.
- Document control and project administration.
- Obtain responses to requests for clarifications, change orders and submittals from contractors and keep a log of such request and submittals.
- Coordinate and track all project plans and drawings.
- Prepare and maintain project records including weekly and monthly status reports.
Qualifications
- Degree in Engineering, Architecture or Construction Management is highly preferred
- 5 to 10 years in construction management experience.
- Experience with New York City Public agency projects preferred. DDC a BIG plus.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong computer skills, including knowledge of MS Office, is a must.
