NYSDOT – Northern State Parkway Interchange Reconstruction at NY 110 – Region 10, Huntington, New York

Project involved the replacement of the NSP Bridge over NY 110 BINs (1058321, 1058322); the reconfiguration of the NSP/ NY110 interchange from a cloverleaf interchange to a modified diamond interchange; the widening of NY110 from two lanes to three lanes in each direction; and the improvement of the NY110 intersection with Old Country Road. Work included traffic signal replacement, ITS  replacement and upgrades, aesthetic features to the new bridge and in the corridor, new curbs and sidewalks, significant profile corrections, milling and resurfacing, guide rail installation, retaining walls, new drainage system including recharge basins, significant utility coordination, extensive MPT, off-site detours, night and weekend work.

Construction Cost: $57M
