JED Engineering & Land Surveying provided A Control Survey, Sewer Investigation, and Utility Survey were performed using specifications from the NYC Department of Design and Construction for Minnieford Avenue, City Island, Bronx. The Drainage Area Survey started at the intersection of King Ave and Terrance St. ran along Minnieford Avenue to the intersections of Sutherland Street, and Kilroe Street, and ended at Cross Street.

• Controls were established using Bronx Borough Monuments. Elevations were converted to NAVD 88. Horizontal Controls used NAD 83 standard.
• All sewers in sites were surveyed showing inverts, depths, pipe dimensions and flow.
• Street Utility Hardware were located and classified according to usage.
• CADD Sewer profiles were calculated and incorporated into Topographical Drawings.
